How much is it to rent the Events Center?
Please contact us for current rental rates. Rates depend on the days of use, the time of year, the type of event and your event needs.
Can we use our own preferred caterer?
Yes, you may use the caterer you'd like. We do not have restrictions on caterers.
Do you rent the Center by the hour?
At this time, we do not rent the facility by the hour, but we do have a half-day and full-day rate for events in the Auditorium, Sunday through Wednesday.
Are tables and chairs for the event spaces on site?
Yes, and a limited number of chairs and tables are included in rental costs. Please consult the Facility Details for more information. Round tables seat 8 people; rectangular tables are 8 feet long.
Do you provide plates, cups, linens, flatware, etc?
Those items are not provided by the Center. They may be rented through your caterer.
Is it possible to rent the auditorium and the gym at the same time? Is there a deal if we rent both of them?
Yes, you may rent both. There is not a discount for renting both spaces.
Are there lights and sound equipment in the Center?
The auditorium and banquet room are each equipped with basic lighting and sound equipment (microphone & speakers / P.A. system). Additional lighting and sound can be brought in for your event – please contact us for assistance.
Can we have alcohol at our event?
Private parties are allowed to serve alcohol to adults age 21 and older without a permit. Public events serving alcohol must have an alcohol permit (contact the bar or winery providing your alcohol) issued by the City of Sandpoint.
Do we have to clean up?
You may choose to return the facility to the state it was in when you arrived, or we can have our crew clean up your event.
