The Auditorium
The Auditorium is an exquisite room with detailed gold trim, a stage and tiered floor. Up to 400 guests can be seated theatre style or 128 at six foot round tables. This is a versatile space for performances, parties, meetings or conferences. The dressing room is adjacent, with backstage access. This can also be used as a staging area for food, or coat storage. Auditorium Specifications: Room dimensions: 52’ x 94.5’ (over 4,900 square feet, including stage). Floor area (not including stage or projection room) is about 3,500 square feet. The floor has three tiered levels, stepping down towards the stage with ramped aisles on both sides. There is a projection room at the back center of the room (7’ deep x 12’ wide). From the back of the room looking toward the stage, there are two 12’ deep x 40’ wide tiered floors. Width of aisles is 6’. North part is 27 feet to edge of stage. Back wall is 10 from back wall to first tier. Projection room sticks out 7’ from the wall, and it’s 12’ wide. Maximum capacity is approximately 128 at tables (8-person rounds), 400+ seated in chairs. Please keep in mind that the maximum capacity leaves no room for a dance floor, buffet tables, bar, etc. You will need to configure these items into your layout before you can determine the capacity for your event. 350 chairs and 10 rectangular tables (8 feet long) are available for use in the auditorium.
Stage: Proscenium is 34’ wide. Stage width is 52’ including both sides, from wall to wall. The highest point of the stage opening is 20’ high. Depth: 28’ from back wall to front edge. Stage left wing is 8’ wide, stage right wing is about 6.5’. Backstage crossover. Stage is wood.
Dressing Rooms: (approx. 400 square feet) with mirrored seating area. Two individual bathrooms are located inside the dressing room area with dressing table and clothes racks provided. There is an enclosed hallway from dressing room to stage left.
