The Banquet Hall
The Banquet Hall is ideal for auctions, parties and special events. Featuring high ceilings, brick walls and a second floor walking area around the perimeter, this room has great historic charm. Centrally located within walking distance to restaurants, hotels and shops, the Events Center also has ample on-site parking. The beautiful historic brick building, built in 1922, has been completely renovated, and is fully ADA accessible.
The Banquet Hall can comfortably seat up to 340 guests. Bring in a DJ or band, a caterer, have a bar - the possibilities are endless. Tables and chairs and use of the commercial kitchen are included in the rental. With adjustable lighting and a professional sound system, your day will be effortless.
Adjacent to the Banquet Hall is a Commercial Kitchen equipped with an ice machine, refrigerators, gas range, ovens, dishwasher, heat lamps and more. With your choice of caterers from our resource list the options are endless.
Specifications
Banquet Hall: Room dimensions: 52’ x 94.5’ (over 4,900 square feet). Floor is smooth, stained cement. The ceiling is two stories tall; on the second floor is an open running track that surrounds the upper floor of the banquet hall. The railing around the running track is 300 feet long (for decorating purposes). Loading door (to outside) is 9’ wide x 8’ tall. Maximum capacity is 344 at tables (8-person rounds). Please keep in mind that the maximum capacity leaves little room for a dance floor, sound system, buffet tables, bar, etc. You will need to configure these items into your layout before you can determine the capacity for your event. 250 chairs, 30 round tables (8 people each), and 10 rectangular tables (8’ long) are available for use in the banquet hall.
Commercial Kitchen: The commercial kitchen is located on the south end of the Banquet Hall. The kitchen is equipped with an ice machine, refrigerators, gas range, ovens, dishwasher, heat lamps and more. Dishes, flatware and linens will need to be rented by your caterer or server.
