Centrally located within walking distance of hotels, restaurants and shops, this beautiful historic brick building, built in 1922, has been completely renovated. Two large, spacious rooms are available to rent, the building is fully ADA accessible and there is ample on-site parking .
The Auditorium, with its exquisite ornate detail features beautiful lighting, a stage and tiered floor. This stunning space is perfect for wedding ceremonies or small receptions. Maximum theatre style seating capacity is 400 and 128 with tables. Adjacent to the auditorium is a dressing room with private bathrooms, dressing tables and mirrors. The use of the tables, chairs and dressing room is included in the rental fee.
The 4,900 square foot Banquet Hall is ideal for wedding receptions. Featuring high ceilings, brick walls and a second floor walking area around the perimeter, this room has great historical charm. You can comfortably seat up to 340 guests at our round tables. The use of the tables, chairs and commercial kitchen is included in the rental fee.
Adjacent to the Banquet Hall is a commercial kitchen equipped with an ice machine, refrigerators, gas range, ovens, dishwasher, heat lamps and more. You can select a caterer from our resource list or are free to choose one of your own.
Adjustable lighting and a professional sound system is available in both the auditorium and banquet hall.
